We’re Foreva Farmers – a fast-growing UK drinks brand on a mission to shake up the premium drinks scene. We’re already pouring in some of the best bars, cafes, restaurants, and hotels in the country, and we’re now hiring a Field Sales Rep to own the South West and South Wales — Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Exeter, Bournemouth, Cheltenham and everywhere in between.

The role involves being the face of Foreva Farmers in your region. This means walking into the best bars, restaurants, and independent retailers across the South West, getting our drinks in their hands, and turning tastings into long-term accounts. You’ll build relationships with buyers, run trade events, support venues with training and POS, and grow a territory you genuinely own. This isn’t a desk job; you’ll be on the road 4 days a week, deep in the hospitality scene.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate looking to launch a commercial career – or someone changing lanes from hospitality, retail, or another field who wants in on a high-growth startup.
  • Genuine curiosity about drinks, food, and hospitality (bartending, waiting, or barista experience is a real plus).
  • Confident, personable, and not afraid to walk into a venue cold.
  • Self-starter – we’ll back you, but we won’t micromanage you.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Based in or around Bristol, Bath, or Cardiff.

What you get:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
  • Real ownership of a territory and the budget to grow it.
  • Direct mentorship from the founders.
  • A genuine growth path – the right person grows into Regional Manager as we expand.
