Finance Executive in Penarth

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, payment requests, staff reimbursements, and business-related expense claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
• Provide general finance and accounting support as required.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
