Responsibilities: You will work as part of the East District's Wildlife Ranger team to deliver forest protection and habitat conservation objectives.
Location: East District – two posts available: Kent and Sussex – based within sensible travelling distance of Abbots Wood deer larder, BN26 6SL. Chilterns Beat – based within sensible travelling distance of Wendover deer larder and office, HP22 5NF.
Qualifications & Skills: Applicants should have:
- Relevant experience in wildlife management, forest protection, or conservation.
- Ability to handle firearms safely (or willingness to complete a firearms skills test).
- Knowledge of deer management and wildlife.
