Forestry England is delivering a digital transformation programme that places customers at the heart of Forestry England and facilitates the use of digital means to truly connect people with the nation’s forests. The transformation is enabled by the Connections platform built on Salesforce technology. The CRM Programme Project Team develops solutions to improve customer engagement, customer service and effectiveness.
Purpose
The Salesforce Platform Analyst ensures that the Salesforce environment is stable and continues to run effectively. This position requires 5 years of experience supporting and ensuring the smooth running of a Salesforce platform. The analyst will maintain, troubleshoot and administer all CRM Salesforce platforms and services, including Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and native apps such as Gimbal and Findock. Responsibilities include storage, connectivity, security, regression testing, version control and service desk triage and resolution.

How To Apply
