Background

The digital transformation is enabled by the Connections platform built on Salesforce technology. The CRM Programme Project Team develops solutions to improve customer engagement and service effectiveness.

Purpose

A key solution area is Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which allows the marketing team to create campaigns, newsletters, and other engaging marketing communications.

What You’ll Do

Provide the functional and technical skills to support the marketing team with their strategies utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

3-5 years of specific experience in configuring and developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions; good knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related solutions such as Sales Cloud.

Where you’ll work

You can be based anywhere in the country from any Forestry England office, and we support hybrid working from home.
