Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of two offices in the South district, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operation.
  • Manage building-related issues, coordinate contractors, and maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office and facilities matters.
  • Lead and support the Business Support team, managing performance, development, and wellbeing while encouraging efficient ways of working and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with finance colleagues to manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure financial processes are followed, including identifying opportunities to improve value for money.
  • Travel regularly to the second office at Bucks Horn Oak GU10 4LS; hold a full current UK driving licence.
