Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Office-based in line with Civil Service blended working policies. Minimum one day per week in the Bristol office and approximately two days per week supporting sites across the South West region, including Haldon Forest Park, Bucks Horn Oak, Beechenhurst, Kings House, Westonbirt Arboretum, Cardinham Woods. Occasional travel across the region and other England sites. Overnight stays may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to staff, addressing queries and issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with IT Service Desk and wider IT teams.
- Participate in a team on-call rota covering weekends, public holidays, and occasional out-of-hours support.
