Salary: £33,854 per annum.

Contract type: fixed‑term appointment for 18 months.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers, providing advice and guidance to improve people management capability and manage casework.
  • You will support teams across England with HR support, travel across South and East districts and occasionally to Bristol and other sites.
  • You will also be part of a blended working arrangement with flexibility to work from home as agreed with the line manager.

Location: Based at Wendover or Santon Downham sites, with travel across South and East districts, Bristol and other sites.
