Responsibilities

  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional visitor experience, providing outstanding service that leaves lasting memories.
  • Work across the visitor welcome point and collaborate with the wider team to maintain facilities, ensuring a smooth, inclusive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Support a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity and personal growth.
  • Promote Forestry England's work, including events, membership, legacy and volunteering.
