The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.

Location: The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, Aberfoyle

Contract: Full-time (35 hours/week), including weekends and public holidays on a rota basis

About the team

Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is looking for a proactive and organised Visitor Centre Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre—our flagship 5-star site welcoming over 200,000 visitors annually.

About the role

Based in the heart of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, you’ll supervise a small team, ensure a high-quality visitor experience, and oversee building and trail maintenance. You’ll also coordinate events, support volunteers, and work closely with partners like Go Ape and the National Park Authority to enhance visitor engagement.

About you

This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, team leadership, and site management. The postholder will need strong organisational skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with tenants, stakeholders, and the public.
