About the Role
The Marketing and Sales Business Support Manager supports contract management, despatch, and invoicing for the Marketing & Sales team and timber customers. They produce reports and forecasts for senior managers and act as Principal Contract Owner for Long Term Timber Sale Contracts, including Small Roundwood and haulage. They manage Open Market tender processes across Scotland (43% of FLS annual sales) and lead projects, stakeholder engagement, and audit compliance.
Marketing and Sales sits within the Land Management and Regions directorate, supporting the Head of Marketing and operational teams in delivering the timber sales programme. The team manages timber despatch, E-Business invoicing, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in project delivery and development of business rules and protocols.
