Service Designers x 2 (FLS)
Service Designers will improve end-to-end services across FLS, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance user experience and deliver better organisational outcomes.
This newly created role will initially focus on a major Enabling Services Modernisation Programme before moving to a new enablement team, supporting the delivery of both process and technology-driven improvements across the organisation.
Digital Services is moving to the Corporate Services Directorate.
The Digital Services Transformation Team will help FLS modernise services, improve ways of working and make better use of people, process, data and technology across the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in designing both digital and process-driven services, together with a strong background as a Service Designer or in a comparable role.
