About the Role
We\’re looking for an experienced Estates Manager to join our Regional Estates team, supporting the sustainable management of Scotland\’s national forests and land. Reporting to the Area Land Agent, you\’ll help manage a diverse rural estate portfolio-ranging from farms and houses to commercial sites and sporting rights-ensuring agreements are well-administered, financially sound, and aligned with long-term land management goals.
You\’ll act as the first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, oversee lease compliance, support asset planning and maintenance, and contribute to wider estate and title management. This is a key role in helping us deliver a modern, efficient, and financially sustainable approach to public land stewardship.
About You
You\’ll bring strong experience in property or estates management within a Scottish context, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working across teams and with external partners.
