Forestry and Land Scotland is seeking a Civil Engineering Work Site Supervisor to join our Central Region Delivery team. The post holder will support Civil Engineers in planning, delivering, and supervising site operations according to FLS policy and best practices. The main duties of this Foreman role are: * Teamwork: Collaborate with the civil engineering team, multi-disciplinary teams, and engage with the public and contractors. * Inspections: Inspect forest roads, bridges, structures, and quarries; record data using GPS and GIS. * Planning: Assist in planning road maintenance, preparing scopes of work, and ensuring quality on-site. * Safety: Conduct site visits and audits, discuss safety and environmental performance, and report incidents.
