The Business Support Manager will lead and manage the Lochgilphead based Business Support Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services across core and specialist functions in line with FLS\'s strategic objectives. This is a fast‑paced, multifaceted role requiring regular collaboration at regional and national levels.
The Business Support Team plays a vital role in supporting regional colleagues as they plan and deliver core programmes of work‑in‑cluding timber harvesting, replanting, forest road construction, native woodland and peatland restoration, renewable energy, recreation, and outdoor learning.
To be successful in this post you will have experience in managing, leading, and developing a team.
This role is being offered on a fixed term contract of 24 months but with the potential for permanancy in the future.
