About FLS

We’re a fantastic team managing nearly 170,000ha of land across the Scottish Borders to the Isle of Arran. Our work includes timber production, replanting, infrastructure development, renewable energy projects, land restoration, biodiversity conservation, and providing recreational facilities. We are responsible for a diverse and impressive area, supported by a dedicated team.

About the role

There are two positions: one based at our Straiton Office and another at Newton Stewart, within the South Region Business Services team. You will provide administrative support across various functions including Civil Engineering, Renewables, Specialised Projects, and Visitor Services, as well as general support to the entire region.

About you

You should have proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating your ability to organize and manage mailboxes. You will handle public inquiries professionally and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
