Join a team that puts people first. As a Permanent Customer Service Advisor in our Retention team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and Financial Advisers. This is a great opportunity for someone who really enjoys speaking to customers and helping by solving problems, working collaboratively, promoting our products and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and care
- Responding to customer correspondence via email and letter
- Liaising with customers, Financial Advisers, and third parties to process instructions and resolve queries
- Working closely with your team to meet service standards and deliver a seamless customer experience.

- £23,842 annual salary
