We have an opportunity for you to join our growing team at Foresters Financial as a Field Based Financial Advisor, covering the Ipswich region. This opportunity is home based, travel to clients' homes will be expected.

Utilising your exceptional sales experience, you will help families and individuals reach their financial goals. You will be responsible for a customer database in your area, which you will build. Mainly dealing with warm leads or existing clients, this is a targeted role, and you will have a minimum of 4 customer appointments per day either face to face or via MS Teams, which you are responsible for organising and scheduling.

We are looking for individuals who have strong customer focused skills and the desire to achieve goals. You must also be comfortable with study and exams.

What we offer you:

  • £28,842 basic salary (then on a tiered basis up to £41,200 basic).
  • Uncapped earning potential (OTE for first year up to £45,000).

  • Working hours are 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, although there is flexibility needed. You manage your own diary and appointments.

The start date for this role is 7th September. You must be available for the first 3 weeks for training. You will also have an exam to complete after 5 months. Our referencing process will include 6 years references and financial and criminal record checks. Should you have owned your own company before, this must be declared.
