The pub is a 2 room operation with a wrap around bar and a kitchen for the incoming operator to deliver their own food offer and retain 100% of food sales. The main bar area has a smaller room off it which has a pool table and darts board, and the second room lends itself to private functions providing great additional sales opportunities. To the side of the pub is a small beer garden and to the rear is a car park. The pub is popular with a mix of guests made up of locals and town centre shoppers. The pub is taking an average of £5,000 a week with 100% of sales at the moment coming from drinks.
