Reply to comments and DMs across platforms in Forest’s friendly and unique tone of voice.
Keep an eye on story mentions and repost the best ones.
Monitor tagged and untagged mentions of Forest.
Work closely with Support & Community teams to highlight customer feedback, recurring issues, and opportunities quickly.
Keep our social channels active, responsive, and genuinely human. - Social Support

Create quick, reactive meme content when it makes sense. - Creator Support
Help build and maintain a list of relevant London-based creators.
Support with creator outreach and gifting logistics.
Track creator mentions and features across social channels.
Who you are:
Experience managing social accounts for a brand (can be for someone else or your own).
Genuinely into TikTok, Instagram, and social media. Bonus points if you’re chronically online.
Strong feel for tone of voice and how to communicate online.

A creator with a sense of humour. Personality matters to our social strategy.
You’re comfortable hopping on a bike and enjoy riding.
