Hours: 8:40am - 3:10pm, term time only. Grade 4, point 7 (FTE £26,403) Actual (£17,477) per annum. Start date: 2nd March 2026.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, ambitious and motivated Cover Supervisor with the vision and drive to make a significant contribution to the teaching and learning at The Forest School. You will need drive and commitment to support the team and needs of our students. You will have the capacity to raise attainment through motivating and inspiring students, and will help enhance our culture of high expectations and achievement within the school.

You will be joining a supportive, successful and highly motivated team that have our school motto of, 'Aspire to be elite' at the heart of their enhanced, rich curriculum model. The school has made significant investment in its digital infrastructure to support high-quality teaching and learning. Academically, the school has a positive progress measure and the students achieve above national average. Our curriculum is clearly mapped and was a strong "good" as part of our Ofsted 2021.

The Forest School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service clearance being received.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team and meet the needs of students within the school.
  • Contribute to maintaining a culture of high expectations and achievement.
  • Assist with the delivery of a broad, aspirational curriculum as part of the school’s ethos.
