Director of Marketing and Admissions As a high performing group of schools, Forest celebrates the unique talents of the individual, and it is imperative that as an organisation it remains a top choice for parents, has meaningful dialogue with all its stakeholders, and proactively engages within and across its wider community to navigate the period of uncertainty that the independent school sector is facing. The Director of Marketing and Admissions is a new, high-impact role suited to an experienced strategic leader who can operate in a fast paced, changing educational environment. The candidate should be someone who can motivate staff and who has the ability to balance the need for a forward-thinking strategic vision with the day-to-day operational running of these aspects. As part of the newly formed Executive Team, the Director will be responsible for shaping and delivering a coherent Marketing and Admissions Strategy that drives pupil recruitment, enhances brand value, builds strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensures a consistent and compelling approach is adopted towards communications across the Forest group of schools.
