We're expanding our in-house development team and are looking for a React JS Front-End Developer to join us in our modern Loughborough office.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js
  • Work on new feature development and ongoing maintenance of our in-house platforms
  • Participate in team code reviews and agile development processes
  • Translate business requirements and design wireframes into clean, scalable code
  • Help identify performance bottlenecks and debug issues across devices and browsers
  • Stay up to date with front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development, primarily with React.js
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and version control systems like Git
  • A detail-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude


Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js
