Receptionist/Administration Assistant

We are looking for the right candidate to join our front of house team on a full time basis. We are a close knit team and love providing service with a smile

As a long standing, trusted Private Dental Practice in the heart of Loughborough, we pride ourselves on providing quality treatment for our growing patient list and treatment portfolio.

Training can be provided in-house and candidates need to be computer literate in using Microsoft Word and should have experience in dealing with members of the public in person and over the telephone.

Job roles will include:

1)Greeting patients

2)Taking telephone calls and dealing with patient queries in a courteous and polite manner

3)Taking card payments and handling cash

4)Making and amending appointments
