What will I do? You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house amongst others. You’ll be an engaging Manager, a natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!

- Previous experience as a Manager – either a General Manager within a smaller property or currently a Food & Beverage Operations Manager seeking a step up into Operations Management
- People management experience
