Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is an international NGO working with Indigenous Peoples and forest communities. The People Management Officer (Maternity Cover) will provide professional HR advisory support to FPP, working with the Managing Director and the team across a broad range of people matters.
This is a 7‑month fixed-term maternity cover starting 1 January 2027, with potential for longer-term involvement depending on funding and organisational priorities.
