What are we looking for?
Formal administration experience is desirable but a passion for improving the lives of young people is essential. If you have at least three years experience in any of the below skill-sets and meet the person specification, please get in touch.
- You have three years or more experience in positions such as administrator or secretary, with skills or knowledge such as
- General administration
- Good literacy
- Verbal communication skills
- You are reliable, honest and trustworthy
- You work effectively with a team
- You are able to motivate and encourage others
Location
Hybrid
What will you be doing?
- Email details and agendas for UMT meetings
- Take minutes at UMT meetings, upload them, and email to team members
- Act as a charity trustee
- Attend a regular UMT meeting – usually 1 hour, monthly on a weekday evening
