What difference will you make?

You will play a key role to make a positive difference to teenagers who are often struggling in today’s world and their communities.

What are we looking for?

Formal administration experience is desirable but a passion for improving the lives of young people is essential. If you have at least three years experience in any of the below skill-sets and meet the person specification, please get in touch.

  • You have three years or more experience in positions such as administrator or secretary, with skills or knowledge such as
  • General administration
  • Good literacy
  • Verbal communication skills
  • You are reliable, honest and trustworthy
  • You work effectively with a team
  • You are able to motivate and encourage others

Location

Hybrid

What will you be doing?

  • Email details and agendas for UMT meetings
  • Take minutes at UMT meetings, upload them, and email to team members
  • Act as a charity trustee
  • Attend a regular UMT meeting – usually 1 hour, monthly on a weekday evening
