The Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is set in peaceful Warwickshire countryside and is well placed for access to Birmingham, Coventry, and other major centres. Birmingham Airport, the National Exhibition Centre and motorway links to the M6 and M42 are all within a few miles of the hotel.
We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Truly Talented team. Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. You will perform all required cleanliness tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

Your role:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your focus will be to create a positive and memorable arrival experience for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs
- Ensuring that all guests’ rooms and public areas are beautifully presented
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in line with our core values and standards
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
Core skills and experience required:
- Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
- A team player able to work to defined procedures and standards
- Results-focused with a desire to succeed
