- Must be well presented and have excellent personal hygiene.

Specific Duties
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions, critical to the successful performance of the position:
- Ensure that you have full product knowledge of all menu items and their service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To maintain a high standard of service within food and beverage/conference events at all times as laid down within the company service standards.
- To promote sales and achieve maximum sales potential for both food and beverages.
- Clear and lay tables throughout and after service. Ensure that the still room and service areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Deal with customer queries and try to resolve immediately. Making full use of the Guest Satisfaction Procedures.
- To communicate with others in the department to ensure excellent customer relations.
- To ensure that service to guests is of a prompt and efficient manner in line with company standards.
- To play an active part in company training and the culture of the company.
- To adhere to the company Uniform Standards at all times.
- Follow all Health and Safety Procedures.
- All company policies on Cash, Key and all Controls are adhered to and followed consistently.
Other
- Performs other related task as assigned by Management.
- Complies with The Forest of Arden Hotel policies and procedures.
- Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than your contracted hours.
