About the Role
As a
Senior Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.
You will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency in every service—whether it’s breakfast, à la carte lunch and dinner, or private dining events.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and progress within a well-established hotel brand that values creativity, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your kitchen section (e. g., grill, sauce, larder, pastry) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards.
- Support the training and supervision of junior chefs within your section.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen practices at all times.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and guest offerings.
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP, ideally within a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for food presentation and flavour.
- A team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
