An opportunity has arisen at Sherwood Forest Hospitals for a specialist dietitian to work across both our critical care team and our adult inpatient service. This is a fixed term role until September 2025.

The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and motivated and work within the multi-disciplinary team and excellent communication skills. The candidate needs the ability to teach colleague’s, staff and patients with their carers/family members.

It is expected for the candidate to manage their own caseload, demonstrate a high level of clinical reasoning and will be responsible for the provision of a specialist evidence-based dietetic service to inpatients in conjunction with the acute dietetic team.

They will be expected to participate in QI projects, suggesting practice changes and updating resources.
