Forest Homecare is recruiting Community Care Assistants to work in Halstead, Essex. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided. As a Care Assistant, you will need to have a professional, caring, and flexible approach.
Responsibilities:
- Helping our Service Users maintain their independence and dignity.
- Assisting our Service Users with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Supporting with preparing and serving meals.
- Maintaining the service user's physical environment including laundry, changing, and making beds, tidying, and light cleaning duties.
- Provide care 365 days a year between the hours of 6 am to 11 pm, split into 4 shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed).
- We can offer you full or part-time hours including every other weekend or one day every weekend.
Experience & Requirements:
This role is varied, and every day is different, so being adaptable, using your common sense and initiative are a ‘must’ for this role. You do not need to have worked as a Care Assistant before applying, but all experience in this field will help. Car Owners – This is essential due to the Service Users location.
