Requirements

• No experience necessary – full paid training provided.
• Flexible and able to work with adults who may have learning disabilities or mental health needs.
• Drivers must have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
• Capability to work overtime, overnight sleep duties, and travel within the service area.

Role Responsibilities

• Support individuals with access to vocational, educational and social activities.
• Assist with home related tasks and general day-to-day activities to meet service users’ desired outcomes and needs.
• Provide personal care assistance and prompting where required.
• Attend to service users for visits ranging from 30 minutes to several hours, including overnight duties.
• Use common sense, initiative and adaptability in a varied daily environment.
