Compliance Administrator – Sible Hedingham, Essex

Forest Homecare is recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join our Colchester team. Working from our Forest Homecare office in Sible Hedingham, Essex.

Your main duties will include

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Compliance support
  • Care Certificate completion for all new care staff
  • Ensuring correct completion of financial sheets
  • Supporting the area manager with office duties
  • Deal with medication issues and support carers with any queries

Completing care record audits and dealing with any issues that are found.

Experience

  • Office experience would be preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given with all aspects of computer systems used
  • You will have excellent organizational skills and effectively manage priorities, working well under pressure
  • You will have excellent communication and written skills
  • You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users, their representatives such as health and social care professionals and all other organisations.
