About the Operations Assistant role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests
- Monitoring and recording water quality, and supporting with safe chemical adjustments
- Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery and decorating (basic knowledge desirable)
- Carrying out basic equipment checks and minor repairs, and reporting issues promptly
- Delivering daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Providing friendly, professional customer service and supporting our Forest Feeling brand standards

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.
