About the Operations Assistant Role

As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our Forest location running smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining our cabins to ensuring every facility is in top condition, your work plays a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable stay for every guest. Set within a peaceful woodland environment, this role offers a refreshing alternative to typical maintenance positions. You’ll enjoy a balanced work schedule while working outdoors and as part of a supportive team, all while contributing to the unique Forest Holidays experience. You’ll take a hands-on approach to a variety of operational tasks, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and ready for guests to enjoy from the moment they arrive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
  • Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
  • Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
