Location: Blackwood Forest (Hampshire)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Part-time, 12 hours.

Days of Work: Monday and Friday, 9:30am until 4pm.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Assistant to join our friendly team at Blackwood Forest.

Work in one of the UK’s most stunning forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests. Sheltered beneath the protective canopy of ancient oak woodland or situated in the open meadow at the forest edge, our cabins at Forest of Dean offer an escape from everyday life in one of Britain’s most amazing forests.

About the Site Assistant Role

Open all year round, our Site Assistants play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You’ll prepare, pack, and deliver laundry to cabins; collect used linens; and ensure log burners, BBQs, and outdoor decking areas are clean and ready for each arrival. With a keen eye for detail and pride in your work, you’ll help create that welcoming forest feeling that makes every guest’s stay truly special.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

  • 16 years: £8.00 per hour
  • 17 years: £10.85 per hour
