We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our team at Glentress Forest. Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.

About the Facilities Assistant role:

  • Ensure our cabins are in good working order with well‑maintained décor.
  • Complete general maintenance tasks, respond to issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication with guests.
  • Audit cabins regularly to keep standards high.
  • Assist with operations tasks such as delivering items to cabins or emptying bins on changeover days.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance and repair work to keep cabins in good working order and well‑presented.
  • Complete basic decorating and upkeep tasks to maintain high standards of cabin appearance.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance issues and resolve them where possible, using basic tools and repair skills.
  • Pay attention to the little details and deliver daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Follow brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
