We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Assistant to join our friendly Cropton team! Be a part of creating special escapes in one of North Yorkshire’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest.
Nestled in a picturesque woodland meadow at the heart of Cropton Forest, our cabins offer a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Whether you’re an adventurer, a nature lover, or a stargazer, Cropton provides the perfect backdrop to work, grow, and help our guests make unforgettable memories.
Base pay range
- Location: Cropton (Pickering)
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Working hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week.
- Days of work: 5 days out of 7, working alternate weekends.
- Transport: Please note that our location is not accessible by public transport. Therefore, a valid driving licence and access to a car, or another reliable means of transport, are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
- Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
- Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
