- Transport: Our location is not accessible by public transport. A valid driving licence and access to a car, or another reliable means of transport, are essential for this role.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.

- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on high-quality decorating.
- Some previous experience in painting, decorating, or a similar role.
- A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.
