About the Operations Assistant role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Our cabins are dotted among the pines of Sherwood Forest, where guests stay in and explore a 3,300 acre woodland setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests
- Monitoring and recording water quality, and supporting with safe chemical adjustments
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery and basic decorating
- Carrying out basic equipment checks and minor repairs, and reporting issues promptly
- Delivering daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Providing friendly, professional customer service and supporting our Forest Feeling brand standards
What Are We Looking For?
Our ideal Operations Assistant is a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude who can solve issues on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential, as tasks must be completed rain or shine all year round.
