Base pay range

Location: Keldy
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week.
Days of Work: 5 days out of 7, alternating weekends.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Keldy team! Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.

About the Food and Beverage Assistant role:
Working at our Forest Retreat, the heart of our location, you’ll provide a warm welcome to guests checking in for their holiday. You will serve food and drinks in our café, bar, and restaurant, as well as handle retail duties in our on-site shop. In this role you must deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys the perfect Forest Feeling experience.

Our ideal Food and Beverage Assistant is articulate and approachable. You put our guests at the heart of everything you do and have a helpful, positive personality. Passionate about all the little details that make a holiday great is what makes our guests return time and time again.
We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in a fast-paced F&B or retail environment.
• A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

• 16 years: £7.55 per hour
