Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Days of Work: Shifts vary Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota. Live In Accommodation available, not compulsory.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
  • Oversee F&B operations, drive revenue, and maintain top service standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team across Front & Back of House
  • Manage Ranger activities and unforgettable guest adventures
  • Step in as Duty Manager and keep operations running smoothly

You Will Have

  • Hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality
  • Experience managing teams and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong commercial awareness, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
