Responsibilities:
- Provide support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Deliver training to the team, ensuring they are equipped to meet our high standards.
- Ensure each cabin is stocked with the correct inventory and meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct basic health and safety checks, such as inspecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of cabin cleanliness, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning position, or similar, is essential.
- Experience leading a team.
- A passion for the outdoors and motivation to work in all weather conditions.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
- Willingness to take initiative and support the team as needed.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards.
