Overview: Strathyre (Stirling) – full-time Operations Assistant, hourly rate £12.71. Working hours 40 per week; days vary Monday to Sunday. The role is based at our forest location offering a unique cabin holiday experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure hot tubs are in perfect working order daily.
  • Complete general maintenance tasks – use tools, fix machinery, and basic decorating.
  • Pay attention to details and deliver daily tasks professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Follow Forest Feeling brand standards so guests experience the Forest Feeling from cabin arrival.

Qualifications:

  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (maintenance or facilities).
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, rain or shine.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.

Benefits & Pay:

  • Pay rates for 16–17 year olds: £8.00 (age 16) and £10.85 (age 17) per hour.
