We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Forest of Dean team. Work in one of the UK’s most stunning forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.
About the Operations Assistant role:
- Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
- Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
- Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
