Location: Thorpe Forest (Norfolk). Salary: £12.51 per hour. Working Hours: Part-time. Days of Work: Monday and Friday, 9:15am until 4pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Thorpe Forest team. Be a part of making special escapes in one of the UK’s most peaceful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest. Our cabins offer a natural escape beside the banks of the River Thet, close to where the Norfolk and Suffolk borders meet.
Responsibilities
- Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity
- Delivering training to ensure all team members meet our brand standards
- Ensuring each cabin is correctly stocked and beautifully presented
- Conducting health and safety checks, such as smoke alarm and fire extinguisher inspections
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all cabins
- Assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient changeovers

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (essential)
