About the Housekeeper & Laundry Assistant Role

Open all year round, our Housekeepers work in small teams, cleaning multiple cabins per shift.

Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of exceptional cleanliness, it’s what keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

Key responsibilities include

  • Cleaning and preparing multiple cabins per shift to the highest standard.
  • Ensuring all cabins are spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked with fresh linen for arriving guests.
  • Packing, sorting, and preparing clean laundry and linen to ensure it is ready for cabin changeovers.
  • Taking pride in your work and attention to detail at all times.
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
