The Operations Supervisor role
As our Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role supporting the Facilities Manager and assist in the supervising of the Support Crew, working alongside them to ensure they complete their daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
You will be a role model for the team, leading by example and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. In this role you must deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys the perfect Forest Feeling experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Overseeing general maintenance tasks, utilising tools and skills for fixing machinery, and completing decorative repairs as needed.
- Conducting regular checks of cabins to ensure everything is in good working order, addressing any issues raised by guests promptly.
- Responding to and resolving maintenance concerns, including problems with appliances (e.g., dishwashers not draining) and issues with heating and hot water.
- Troubleshooting and resolving various maintenance challenges as they arise, ensuring guest satisfaction and cabin functionality.
