About the Operations Assistant role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
- ➡️ Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
- ➡️ Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
- ➡️ Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- ➡️ Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- ➡️ Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can‑do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.
