We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Argyll team! At the edge of the Argyll Forest Park, pine‑covered mountains sweep down to meet the shore of Loch Long where 40 cabins sit. A more perfect spot for a forest escape is hard to imagine.
About the Operations Assistant role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
- ➡️ Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
- ➡️ Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
- ➡️ Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- ➡️ Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- ➡️ Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
What Are We Looking For?
Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can‑do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:
